The Story Behind Tasketeer
Tasketeer was born out of real-world frustration. As SEO professionals ourselves, we were juggling multiple projects, countless tasks, and various team members across different time zones. Spreadsheets became unwieldy, and existing project management tools weren't tailored to the unique needs of SEO workflows.
In 2023, after another late night of updating spreadsheets and searching through email threads for task updates, we decided: there had to be a better way. We envisioned a platform that would combine project management with SEO-specific features, making it easier for teams to collaborate and track their optimization efforts.
We built Tasketeer with three core principles in mind:
- Structure should enhance creativity, not hinder it
- Data should drive decisions, not complicate them
- Collaboration should be seamless, not scattered
Today, Tasketeer helps SEO teams around the world to streamline their workflows, keep their projects on track, and achieve better results. But we're just getting started. Our mission is to make SEO project management so intuitive that teams can focus on what really matters: growing organic traffic and improving rankings.

The Idea Behind Tasketeer
Why we came up with the name Tasketeer? Well, that's simple indeed! We strongly believe that the foundation for successful project- and taskmanagement is collaboration and helping each other, reaching goals.
Maybe you know the 3 guys from the musqueteers? Now you got it!
They where there to help, defend and protect whenever needed. It may sound romatic, but that is exactly what we do in projects: work on our own tasks but also try to help others in order to create the best possible outcome. One for all, and all for one!
